forCreaitors ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at forcreaitors.com and to the forCreaitors iOS app.

In short: we collect what we need to run the product for you, we never sell your data, and you can disconnect any linked account or delete your data at any time.

Information You Give Us

When you create an account or use forCreaitors, you may provide:

Account details — your name, email address, phone number, and password
Profile details — profile photo, creator niche, audience information, and the rates you set
Business content — brand deals and campaigns you track, contacts, contracts and other documents you upload, invoices, payment details you record, notes, and reminders
Photos you take or upload for features such as StyleLink product identification
Waitlist information — your name and email, if you join our waitlist on the website

Information From Connected Accounts

forCreaitors can connect to platforms you already use. Every connection is optional, is started by you, and uses that platform's official authorization flow — we never ask for or store your password for any of these services. You can disconnect any of them at any time from within the app.

TikTok

If you connect your TikTok account, we access the following through TikTok's official API, with your authorization:

Your public profile information — display name, avatar, follower count, total likes, and video count
Metrics for your videos — view, like, comment and share counts, engagement rate, video title and description, cover image, share link, and post time

We use this information for one purpose: to show you your own analytics inside the app — your performance overview, your video breakdown, your follower and engagement trends over time, and rate suggestions based on your reach. To show trends, we store periodic snapshots of these metrics against your account.

Data we obtain from TikTok is never sold, never shared with brands or other users, never used for advertising or ad targeting, and never used to build profiles of anyone other than you. When you disconnect your TikTok account or delete your forCreaitors account, we delete the TikTok data associated with you and revoke our access. You can also revoke our access directly in your TikTok account settings at any time.

Instagram

If you connect Instagram, we access your professional account's profile information and content insights — follower count, reach, impressions, engagement, and per-post metrics — through Instagram's official API. As with TikTok, this is used solely to display your own analytics to you, and is deleted when you disconnect.

Google and Gmail

If you connect your Google account, we request read-only access to your Gmail so the app can find and organize brand-deal conversations — for example, linking an email thread to a campaign you are tracking and reminding you to follow up. We read only what is needed to power those features and we do not use your email content for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except as you explicitly request, for security purposes, or where required by law.

forCreaitors' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

PayPal and Stripe

If you connect PayPal or Stripe, we use read-only access to their reporting APIs to detect incoming payments and match them to the brand deals you are tracking, so you can see what has actually been paid. These connections are read-only: forCreaitors cannot move, send, withdraw, or spend your money, and we never see or store your card numbers, bank details, or account credentials.

Information We Collect Automatically

Device and technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and IP address
Usage information such as which features you open and when, used to diagnose problems and improve the product
Crash and error reports
On the website, essential cookies needed for the site to function

Device Permissions

The iOS app asks for certain permissions. Each is optional, is requested only when you use the related feature, and can be changed at any time in your iOS Settings:

Camera — to take photos of an outfit for StyleLink product identification
Photo library — to upload photos for StyleLink and to attach images to your deals
Contacts — to let you import contacts as brand or agency contacts. We import only the contacts you choose, and we do not upload your full address book
Notifications — to send you reminders about deadlines, payments, and deal updates

How We Use Your Information

To provide the core product — tracking your brand deals, campaigns, payments, and analytics
To generate your personal insights and rate suggestions
To send you reminders and notifications you have asked for
To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support requests
To keep the product secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems
To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train advertising profiles, and we do not use your content to make decisions about you with legal effects.

We Will Never Sell Your Data

Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Period. We do not share your analytics or deal data with brands, agencies, or other creators.

Who We Share Data With

We share information only with service providers who help us operate forCreaitors, and only to the extent they need it to do that job. These include our cloud hosting and database providers, the providers that host our analytics integrations, and Apple's push notification service for delivering notifications. These providers are bound by contract to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of forCreaitors or our users. If we are ever involved in a merger or acquisition, we will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different policy.

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored in our own database on secured servers. Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS, and the access tokens for any accounts you connect are encrypted before they are stored. On your device, tokens and credentials are held in the iOS Keychain. We limit access to your data to the people who need it to operate and support the product. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a platform, we delete the data we obtained from that platform. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request a copy of your data in a portable format
Disconnect any linked account at any time from within the app
Request deletion of your account and data at any time
Unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA — including the right to object to processing and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies to ensure proper functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

forCreaitors is operated from the United States, and your information is processed there. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you in the app.
